First game will be Saturday at 10am, please be there by 9:30. Full schedule can be found here. It looks like we are in the stronger of two brackets.

A few quick reminders leading up to the tournament that you should share with your team.
If you share this info with your team, it will be a more pleasant weekend!

 

SCHEDULES: Be sure to check the schedule one more time before you leave

for the tournament just to be sure there are not any changes.

 

Due to field conditions, we did change the field numbers that some teams were on.

We also replaced some teams that dropped, so please check the schedule on last

time before you leave for the tournament!

 

MAPS: New updated maps were posted to the website on 7/17 so if you printed

them out before that, you should print out an updated set.

 

WE NEED SOME GUEST PLAYERS: We have a need for some U13 or U14 Boys Guest Players.

If you know of any that woudl like to play, please have them go to www.lititzsummershowcase.org

and click on "guest players" to register.

 

FIELD CONDITIONS: Like a lot of the country, we have had a very bad drought in the area

which means the fields are not up to where we would like them. We are watering as many

as we can but some are just not going to be their best. Hopefully we will get some rain

this week to help the turf. We tried to limit teams to playing on the dry fields to one game.

 

COLLEGE SHOWCASE TEAMS: So far we have close to 100 college coaches who are registered

to be at the tournament and we always have a lot that prefer not to register. However, make

sure your players are e-mailing prospective college coaches to let them know they will be at Lititz.

It will help convince some coaches that were not planning on attending to attend.

 

TEAM CHECK IN PROCESS: One more time: Team Check in is Friday 5pm until 9pm at

Warwick MS, 401 West Maple Street, Lititz, PA 17543. Enter on the right side of the building as

you face it. If you need a Saturday check in, be sure to e-mail our Check-In Coordinator at

rjsandkuhler@armstrong.com. Be sure to bring 2011-2013 Players Passes, State Approve roster,

and medical releases. You can write your guest player info on the roster that you turn in.

 

PARKING:Be sure to only park in designated areas, local police will ticket.
-If Bonfield parking is full, you can use Warwick Twp Park to park and have a short walk to fields.
-If MS/HS is full look at parking on other side of school near the pool
-If Linear is full, you can use the chuch on Sat and Sun afternoon.
